Prerequisite: ASA 101 or equivalent sailing experiences (must test out of ASA 101)

This 3 day course introduces the intermediate sailor to the cruising yacht and offshore sailing procedures. Day 1 will start on our Colgate 26, with days 2 and 3 on our Bennett 46. Skills covered include cruising terminology, boat systems, auxiliary engine operation, docking, intermediate sail trim, basic coastal navigation, anchoring, weather interpretation, safety and seamanship.
